my top 10 clone wars sets

The rules for this top ten list THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY. Please note these may not be the best my favorites. I will explain why I like the set I chose.

10. Geonosion cannon

This at number 10 for one reason just because I like the sets later on more. I like this set because it came with 2 new geononsions, clone commander gree and a clone wars barris offee.

9.  separatist spider droid from 2009 . This is at number 9  because of the fact it was over priced at 30 usd for so little you get. The pros are is that it comes with clone commander fox which Is exclusive to the set.

8.at-rt from 2013

This is at number 8 because more of the sets later on I like more. I  do like the fact that you get a phase 2 501st clone trooper and a sniper droideka. However the yoda was a bit unneeded just because everyone already has a clone wars yoda. I get it was for newer fans to get an easy yoda but when they are going to come out with a better one later in the year I just wondered why.

7.  Mace windu's star fighter

I never actually owened this set but I have seen and interacted with one and I enjoyed it. The only con is it cost 50$ way to much for a fighter, a speeder, and 2 staps. That set came with 2 exclusive mini figs  windu's astromech and a tactial droid.

6. Hyena droid bomber

I like it just because it was a solid set for only 20 dollars. The fighter was really good for the price but it could of had more.

5. Republic commandos vs commando droids

This set is one of my favorite battle packs of all time as of now. I have no cons what so ever. It came with an arc trooper in a set less than 50$ epic.

4. Umbaran mobile cannon this set is a great set I still have yet to obtain one but it is still a great set and a better deal than the z-95. The big fig of the set is the phase 2 212th clone trooper.

3. 2010 clone battle pack the best army building battle pack EVER with 3 plain clone troopers and 1 gunner iv'e seen someone walk out of toys r us with like 50 of them CRAZY but just a great pack.

2. 2011 clone battle pack although an odd clone matchup a good way to get diverse clones. It had the first ARF trooper which made every thing great.

At-Te My favorite clone wars set of all time it's so good it's just awesome with it being really big and cool looking it just takes the cake for favorite clone wars based set with captain rex, rotta, both clone wars main characters it is just awesome.                                                                                         

THE VOLTSWAGONS WIN

That right the germans once again gotten the summer lego star wars sets. I have always wondered why they got sets before everyone else, I know that it seems strange and does not make any sense. But as far as i know the us gets the set on augest first xD. But we still get them before to long.

EVEN MORE NOT ULTAMATE SHOWDOWNS

 This yet another not so ultamate showdown set. This is the meropolis showdomn set  from the moan of steel flim. this set includes batman and robin. NOT REALLY. This set comes with a new superman and general zod. The new superman is great and so much better than the last one. General zod is awsome and for those major dc fans zod is like an evil superman. But personally i am more of a marvel person.

THE NOT SO ULTAMATE SHOWDOWN

Still alive and i feel really bad about posting but i just came out of the third marking period. But any way this is an iron man 3 set. Iron vs the manderan ultamate showdown thats not so ultamate. this in cludes iron man, hence the name of the flim and the manderain. This set is small and not an ultamate showdown but it includes the main villan and an exculsive iron man. I will defintly get this set to add to my collection

readers i'm alive

I am indeed alive and ready to continue to post. I really did take a vacation from school and my blog even though I might have said posts all week, I lied. Anyway this is a special forces clone trooper commander (what a mouthful). He is exclusive to the yoda chronicles book avalible for pre-order on amazon.com. It is really the blue clone trooper from the jek -14 ship but re-colored. In my opinion this clone looks better than th all blue one. Note I am canceling monthlty series and that means i'm ending the mahri posts for now.

FEELING CHILLY

The toa of ice that saved the bionicle universe. However matoro died in the process. he has an exclusive mask and it looks really great. He has one blaster and two of those hook blade things. Not much to say be cause i won't get in to the story because i want to finish these mahri posts and get them over with.

This is toa nuparu. he is the only toa mahri of stone. Nuparu has th biggest shield in the bionicle universe. He has the same mask as mazeka in a later year. not much to say. because I covered the toa mahri story in the jaller post

I am back from my like week and a half break. with nota lot time to finish my monthly series. Thi is toa mahri hewkii. Hewkii is the first figure to have that type of  blade. he is holding the coordak blaster upside down from how this was built. he also has brick compatilble spikes on hie legs. Hewkii is a toa of stone.

RETURN OF THE HUNTER AND CLONER

 

This is one of the best deals for a 20.00 USD set ever. Thats right Jango fett returns to lego and badder than ever. Jango fett is in a 20.00 set that is to good to be ture but it is. This set also comes with one geonoisis battle droid and another clone from this years clone battle pack. The coroprate allinse tank droid looks better than the last one. However this tank droid does not have a printed piece. This set has 271 pieces. As any star wars set must have flick fire missles (shocker). This an amazing set just as good as the desert skiff maybe even better. The only con about this set is TREADS o my god treads are the worst lego element ever and bugs the crap out of me. They may be worse than stickers which is saying something. Also something I found ironic is tha inths set the clone trooper is battling jango fett. This scene in the movie (which never existed) jango fett at that point in the movie would already be dead, same deal with coleman trebor in th at-te set.

back in the day when battle packs were 9.99

The first storm trooper battle pack ever made. This was released in 2007 or 2006. Back when battle packs were 9.99. The imperal dropship came with three regular strom troopers and one shadow trooper. The shadow trooper was mistaken as a tie fighter pilot when we only had prilminary images. This set had th darth vader design on the box. This was released along with the first rebel trooper battle pack.

It's so mini

This is a 2013 lego star wars poly bag set. This is the mandalorain shuttle at a smaller scale and no mini figs. It retails for about 4.99 to 6.99 depending where you buy it at. Of the new 2013 star wars mini scale poly bags this is not the best. But I thought it would be cool to post about.

Say hello to my little friend

This is the next post in the monthly series for march. Thi is toa kongu topa mahri of air. Kongu is like the other toa mahri that went from matoran, toa inika, to toa mahri. Kongu has no melee weapons what so ever. The reason for the two cordak blasters are "two hands" ( please note that quote is from the bionicl wiki). Kongu consisted of 64 pieces. Also for quite some time kongu mahri was featured on the back of all lego instrustions until being replaced by fero and skirmix.

darth maul ina cheap set and sadning news

Sadly the TV shoe Star wars the clone wars is going to be cancled. However there will be a new star wars animated seris coming in the future, also very unlikley but there may be one more season. Otherwise this is another summer star wars spoiler. This is the mandarlorian speeder. This set comes with a darth maul with the dark saber and robotic legs. This set also includes two of the as i like to call them "darth maul mandalrions". The set retails for 24.99 USD. The speeder is awsome and really cheap not much to say on the set now but later I will have more.

A TOA OF FIRE IN WATER?

This is the next installment of my monthly series postings. This is toa Jaller he is the toa mahri of fire. Jaller was not the only character included in this set the other character is a hahnah crab. which carried his cordak blaster. The crab was kinda lame but i guess it was something different than the other toa mahri sets. Jaller has a really awsome looking sword that is one of best swords lego made in my opinion. He has an exclusive mask that was never re coloerd. Jaller mask had a marble pattern for his kanhoi mask. The set retailed for i'm pretty sure about 14.99. Jaller has a piece count of 68.

SPECAL OPS CLONE AND BOUNTY HUNTER

These are two more of the mini figs in the Jek-14 ship set thing. On the left is a Sepretist bounty hunter according to toy fair. The helmet seems to be the same mold as the mandaloran helmet but with different printing. The white does not match the color scheme of the rest of the fig. According to toy fair the other mini fig in this picture is a specal ops clone trooper. He has a blue printed strom trooper helmet, a riot shield, and a white cloth patch. In my opinion this is the best mini fig in the set by far. There is one more mini fig in the but it is just an astromech with the new head design.

HOLY SQUIDS!!!!!!

The most random and useless set ever and yet I am posting about it. This is the squid ammo set that has 7 whole pieces. I don't know how much it retailed fopr but probley cheap. It came in a small box like the Matoran and the Hydruka. It was kinda lame and not really a set but something different to post about.

THE HOMING SPIDER DROID RETURNS AND IS BIGGER AND BADDER THAN EVER

This yet another spoiler from me. This is the Homing spider droid Set number 75016 and has 295 pieces. It will retail for 29.99 U.S dollars later in the summer this year. It includes a new Stass alli, a clne trooper from the battle pack, and 2 super battle droids. Something that is also great is that it comes witha dwarf spider droid now in gray. The homing spider droid now has three eyes it seems. This looks like an awsome set and will deffinetly get one. This one looks better than the clone wars one in 2008.

MAHRI POLYBAG PTII

This is the squid launcher crab thing. Lego said it was to give a feel to the barraki launcher (which really sucks). It is supposed a crab but it doesn't look like crab at all. Not much to say but I am covering all the Mahri sets this month.

ARTFICAL JEDI WICH IS NOT SO GOOD

This is Jek-14 one of the new Yoda chronicle character I don't know much about him because there is so much info not avalible on him. I do know that he has a helmet that looks like clone helmet that is not shown in the picture. Jek-14 also the first transparent lego arm. He also has a double sided face.
It seems to me and the message from the previews that he is a bad guy. I also know he was artifically made in like a lab somewhere.

superman in a tux?

The lego batman movie that was said to come out soon this year in March or May. It will be avalible in dvd form. And like some recent star wars dvd this one comes with an exclusive mini fig. This mini fig is superman not in full costume. Not much to say other than the fact it's exclusive and it looks really cool.

Final post  of the day hopefully. This is poly bag set for the bionicle mahri series. This is according to the internet is called the bad guy. I do now that it has a zamor sphere launcher and a foot for a head. Because it is just a poly bag there is no story for itv as far as i know.

MINI TANK DROID I'VE NEVER SEEN

This seems to be a polybag set for a mini tank droid. Never in my life until earlier today while image hunting I found this mini tank droid. It looks real but i could be wrong. All in all it looks good and to me a really good midi scale one of the better ones in my opinion. I noticed it has some red trans- parent pieces and some of that light blue on the radar dishes and some sliver harpoon guns.

This in my opinion is the b est darth maul mini fig ever made. That is why recently i purchased one for myself for an amazing price from a seller on bricklink a great website for lego collecters. This darth maul came out last year at the new york toy fair. It is darth maul without his robe on. It uses the rubber horn cap for well the horns. It only has 7 pieces to the polybag He has arm printing which is awsome it really is not alot of minifigs have arm printing. I'm guessing this mini fig wasn't as rare like the TC-14 mi ni fig because i got min e so cheap or I just got lucky.

UCS gets an X-wing

The lego star wars Ultimate collecter seris welcomes the X-wing to the line. I don't know much but i do it doesn't come with any minifigs. I know it will be more than 100$ in the United States. The image is so  blurry i don't know the piece count bor the set number.

MATORAN TO TITAN

This is Dekar he has a bit more to tell about than the other small boxede sets. He was a aqua hunter his job was to find food and bring it back to the city. On one mission he found the mask of life and when the mask flashed he turned into the next Hydraxon (wich I will talk about later). From that point he hunted the people from the pit that escaped. Dekar had 39 pieces and a recolor of the toa nork mask.

THE HYDRUKA FARMERS PTII

Apparently the hydruka are a type ofpecies that harvests air for a living. Earlier I talked about Thulox adn today I will talk about the Morak. Morak was never mentioned directly in the bionicle story line. Morak has 39 pieces like Thulox.

That's right i'm back and this month we are going to the ocean depths of the Bionicle with the Toa, Barraki, and powerful titans and warriors. Today i am starting with Deflak a Le- matoran that lives in mahri nui. Defilak was an inventer and a scholar. In fact he made a sub shaped like a Takea shark to find what was eating matoran. Defilak had 37 pieces and a green toa Iruni mask. He also had a zamor type laucher.

HE MADE THE ULTAMAITE SACRAFICE

This is acustom clone trooper Hardcase. Many people have made this custom because of the umbara seris on the clone wars tv show. He scarificed himself to destrot suplly ship that was providing the umbarans with long range missles. He jesse, and fives weren't supposed to go into the umbaran starfighters. This mini fig to me looks decaled. I could be wrong. Februray is ending and for march I need a new monthlty theme. I am stuck on star wars classic episode 1 sets, Lego indina jones, technic star wars, or the bionicle mahri theme. THE COMET THAT COMES EVERY 2 SEASONS

This is yet another custom clone trooper post in custom clone febuary. This is Comet. He serves under commander Wolffe in the wolfpack squad. This custom clone is been printed. However this minifig is inaccurate because he 501rst blue and not dark grayish blue.He has blue arms torso printing and great helmet printing with that symbol thing. He wasin season 2 when R2 went to the temple and when plo koon and ahoska responded he and the wolf pack help rescue Mace windu and anakin skywalker. He also appeared breifly appeared when the wolf pack rescued the slaves in season 4 when they were taken.

random awsome custom clone commander and important explanition about the custom clone posting

This is yet another post in custom clone trooper coverage going all month long. I will get to the custom clones thing at the end of this post. Anyway this is by all means a "custom lego clone character", my reason for quation marks is because this is a completely made character. It is supposed to be a galatic marine commander with camo armor. This character was not in any movies or any of the clone watrs ctv episodes. His helmet seems to be painted, the arms,legs and torso are decalled you can tell. The blaster is custom made. The explanition about custom clone month is every month i will be covering some theme like every other day, kind pf like a monthly mini seris and this month is custom clone month. STAR WARS VILLANS AND CHRISTMAS= SANTA VILLANS

Once again the star wars villans are stuck being santa. Last year it was darth maul was in a santa suit. This yaer it's the infamous Jango fett. This may be a priminary mini fig because of the helmet. Although this may be the real thing that comes in the advent calender, which is now only 40.00 and not 50.00$. Not much to say because its only February and this comes out in like november. TO THE RESCUE

This is yet another custom clone edition. This is commander Stone he appeared in the clone wars in season 1 to pay the pirates for obi wan kenobi and count dooku. He ended up rescuing obi wan with jar jar binks. He is holding an offical clone trooper pistol. Comaander stone has custom helmet, torso, and leg printing.

Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of the custom clone army series. This is yet another clone pilot. This is clone pilot Matchstick, he is part of shadow sqauderon. He fought and unfortunaly he was killed during the confrontation with the malivelonce.Matchstick's engines blew after being hit by a creature and when he went to fast his engines blew and his Y- wing exlpoded killing both him and his unamed gunner. It seems he uses the offical lego clone pilot torso. He has custom arms and a custom possibly moldedand printed helmet. He has dark gray and red markings on his his helmet.

ninjas get a not so new accessory pack

This year 2013 legop came out with a ni njago accsssory pack. I am lead to belive that this is made from extra inventory mini figs and parts. The min i fige included are jay zx, zane zx, and 2 stone warroirs. This retails at 14.99 usd. Both ninjas are very common figures, the stone warriors. In the packaging the ston warroirs heads were switched.

Clone piot slammer custom clone

 

This is the clone pilot slammer. this pilot died in the battle of ryloth in the beginning of the first episode of the Rtloth triolgy. The markings look like print and not decals. The top of the helmet may have been sanded off.  Slammer is holding a custom Arc pistol. As part of blue squadron he lke most of the pilts died in thje fisrt 5 minutes of the episode. A vulture droid shot his ship amnd the engines overloaded and his ship exploded thus vaporizin slammer. Slammer was skilled in many with rebpulic starfighters, however not skilled enough to help his seperior officar Axe. 60th post.

CLONE COMMANDER JET

This is my first post in my new series of custom clone coverage. Thi is clone commander Jet he has a modified helmet mold for the speakers of ear muffes or something. Deacals on the torso, legs, arms and i'm assuming helmet. The pauldron and kama looks like the geanosion wings plastic so they are flimsy. I belive the base color was painted on there. Commander Jet appeared in one clone wars episode " landing at point rain" in season two. This is a custom minifig so it hasn't appeared in any sets and most likley wont appear  in any sets. I dont have any custom clones bcause there to expensive and not even offically legoo so the quatility may not be good. Of spme of the custom clones iveseen this one looks really awsome.

episode 58 return of the hutt

Jabbba's sail barge is the other 119.99 USD set in the Star Wars line. I dont know much about the set unlike the gunship. The mini figs are R2 D2 with serving tray, jabba the hutt, princess leia slave outfit, weekay pirate, three eyed alien wich I can't remeber his name, and max rebo. It looks like thi set comes with a poster as well as the gunship. Not much to say because i'm so low on info on this set and a couple of other ones.

CLONE PILOT 2013 EDITION AND UPDATES

This minifig may be the most detailed and and rare clone pilot from lego to date. The 501rst pilot is amazing, at least tha's what I think. He comes in the Z-95 Headhunter set that retails for 49.99 wich is way over priced. This mini fig is based on a pilot from the Clone wars TV show. The umbara was awsome and sad. The pilot has a pair of SW style binoculars or mobonoculars. The helmet mold is new and really awsome the torso is the same as the phase 1 yellow pilot from 2008. Unfortunatly I don't have this mini fig. I think later on this mini fig will be worth a buck or two.At this point he is exlusive to th Z-95 headhunter. Update wise my basket ball team lost our play off game in round 1, however I am playing select spring soccer  and tha might mess with my scedule for posting. I am thinking about stopmotion flims, with my movie software I can make one. With that being said if I make one it will be released on youtube ( if or when I get an account) in late March or early May.

gunship no.3 and still expensive

This my first lego star wars 2013 summer spoilers. This is the repbulic gunship it retails for 119.99 USD.  This set comes with anakin skywalker ( episode 2 variation and green lightsaber), obi wan kenobi ( episode 2 variation), padme, clone pilot with new printing, red clone, and 2 super battle droids. The gunship has 2 of those bubble cannon things on the sides. I think it should come with 2 clone pilots because there is only 1 pilot and 2 cockpits. I think the 2 big factors are the red clone srgt and clone pilot. It seems the set comes with a poster.

at the age of becoming

This may or may not be a wave 2 summer chima set. It looks like he lion palace from the cartoon. It seems lik it comes with the lion king guy, eagle king and some random lion. This may be the the most expensive set in the chima line. I again don't have much to say because I don't know much on the subject. Later in Feb I will know more with toy fair and all.

ULTRA BUILD CHIMA SETS COMING JULY

This is a French ad for the new ultra build chima action figures. In July this year these will be released. The two hero factory build techinique sets are Laval and Cragger. Honestly they look kind of  skinny and dumb. These don't look that great, the heads are werid looking to me. I don't have much to say because it will mostly be negative, and I cant think of any thing.

black is the new green

 

 

This is one of the comic con exclusive TMNT mini figures. This is Shadow Leonardo that comes with a comic con skate board. This is obivously a black turtle figure, however it still has the same shell color and piece. I belive that there were only 500 made. The price someplaces can go up to 700$ just for the mini fig alone. There was another comic con mini fig the Kraang in a different variation. Personally i'm not a TMNT fan but this is a very cool mini figure. This my thoughts on this figure from comic con. If I were an invester I would make this a long term investment.

SCANDEL EXPOSED, NOT

 Not really, however the Ninjago line was not made in Denmark it was made in China!! I noticed that the Ninjago mini fig plastic cracked easily easier than they should. I don't know why they were made in china. This may be the reason Ninjago is going away for the year Lego cant have bad product avalible on the market, bad for buisniss. Lego probably only recalled niunjago to fix the problem with production. People complained about the quatlity of ninjago, hence the most likley reason for ending the theme for a year.

makuta Spiriah model

This is a combiner model of Antroz, Lewa, Radiak, and Tanma. The model is made of those four sets from th Phantoka line in 2008, as bionicle's first 2008 wave of sets. This Makuta guaraded the island of  Zakaz and it's matoran people, as part of his orinignal duty. Spiriah wears the kanhoi mask Jutlin the mask of corruption. Spiriah sided with Teridax against Miserax. He and Krika were supposed to kill him, however they did not. Later he joined the federation of fear a group of dangerous mercenaries. The federation consisted of  Takadox, Carapar, Roodaka, Brutaka, ana Vezon. During his time with the federation they went to kill Miserax, however when Spiriah arrived there Miserax absorbed him in vengence for putting there. The shadow hand that absorbed him destroyed his body and mind thus killing him. Spiriah had a rouge personatility and was known for his failures in the brotherhood. Because of this he wanted to aspire to something more in his service in the brotherhood. A possible reason he left the brotherhood because he could aspire to more there and went to the federation. The word Spiriah is the matoran slang for failure.

Lego Star Wars meet toy machine

These are mini Lego Star Wars that are only avalible in Japan. To my knowledge these mini SW things are still currently avalible but i'm not sure. These might be the same mini polybag sets avalible in the U.S, however I am not sure. Based on the manual thing these were released in 2011 with th captain Rex art on all the sets from that year. These mini sets are sold in like those gumball/toy things where you insert a coin and get one at random. The sets consist of MTT, star destroyer, repbulic crusier, and STAP with battle droid. If these wre priced in U.S currencies they would be likr 4 to five 5 U.S dollars about the same price as a poly bag.

AVENGERS ASSEMBLE

In the later this year a Lego Marvel Video game is going to be released this fall. The systems that it will be avalible for the usual. This includes many of the marvel characters I do not have a full list yet. I belive that there will be a special pre order thing like the Batman game.
